Weakness to Poison will increase the damage caused by elemental damage poisons, i.e., Fire Damage, Frost Damage, and Shock Damage poisons, but it will not affect elemental damage spells.Elytra SI have only 50% resistance to poison.Attacking with Weakness to Poison, however, will make it possible to use poison against any of these enemies. All Argonians have 100% resistance to poison (immunity), as do Will-o-the-Wisps, Flame Atronachs, Flesh Atronachs SI, Frost Atronachs, Storm Atronachs, and all Undead.

Ogres and Golden Saints SI are the only creatures that have a natural Weakness to Poison (25% and 50%, respectively). This effect can be gained for spell making and enchanting via spells only. This is not the case for bows, which work as expected when poison is applied to the same bow for a followup shot.

However, the Dremora versions are noticeably weaker than the Daedric originals on the most important statistics: damage, health, and monetary value. They also have the Daedric capability of ignoring resistance to normal weapons, i.e., even the unenchanted weapons will do damage to creatures such as ghosts that are not damaged by most weapons. All Dremora weapons are modeled on Daedric weapons: they have the same appearance and weight as the equivalent Daedric items.
